Well, in my case, I had a boner for about 8 straight hours and couldn't/didn't do anything about it. I "got out of bed" with very painful balls. It was only relieved when I beat it.
I read somewhere that your balls have alot of blood in them (when excited obviously) and if you don't uhhh...(relieve the pressure?) they start to swell and hurt. And, I must say, it hurts pretty bad. Tantamount to getting kicked in the balls - not as intense but longer lasting.

I think King did most of the writing on this album, and he favors a more punkish sound. It's unfortunate, I much prefer Hanneman's stuff or the stuff they co-write.
