Ive been checking out both these cabs and they same to be basically the same cab?

does anyone know of any differences? doesn't make much sense to me?

oh and Im on about the 2x12 cabs not sure if the 4x12 differ much either.

Thanks

The Rectifier series 2x12 is larger and heavier (in at least one sense of the word) than the Roadster series 2x12, which is equivalent to the Stiletto/"Traditional" model.

Recto:
44.45cm H
76.52cm W
36.20cm D
27.67 kg

Roadie:
38.74cm H
67.95cm W
32.39cm D
22.68 kg

Trad:
38.74cm H
67.95cm W
32.39cm D
21.77 kg

This is a little misleading. Yes, the dimensions of the cabs are the same but the tone must be different. They are different models after all...

Same external dimensions, same speakers, same wood, same vinyl, same grille cloth, same hardware, different color piping. (silver on the Stiletto, black on the Roadster)

The Roadsters' sides do appear to be a little thicker, so maybe that's the key.

I think i might, i'm looking to get a mesa 2x12 and came across both and couldn't find any huge differences in either cab but figured there has to be some sort of difference in sound at least or why would they both exist, there both around the same price range.
