if it is released on Malicious Records I guess 500 were made...I'm not sure but there have also been made 500 Pieces of the Dodheimsgard "Monumental Possession" Pic-LP e.g. which has also been released on Malicious Records....
Dunno if this is cheap. It appears on ebay germany from time to time and if I remember correctly it was always about 25 uro at the end of the auction.
