bouncing your drumagog tracks - before or after editing?

just wondering what others do.. I've always edited first and then bounced, but maybe that's not the best way to do it as far as triggering accuracy goes?

always always edit performances, then trigger replacements, then align to the original track.

OK I suppose I should mention that I record triggers, not actual drums. changes things a bit..

Even with triggers, I edit first, then bounce. Then I'll align the bounced track with everything else.
