Hmm. The only bands that I have heard from Brazil are Sepultura and Kriusin. Most of those bands must be pretty underground. From what I have heard, Sweden, US, and Poland make better metal.

I really like brazilian metal, it's all quite distinct and characteristic...but the best? No, not by a long shot I would have said.

Well through the years, Britain most certainly. Current metal suck generally so I guess the norwegian bands I heard are the best. Sweden and Denmark hasnt been making that good music now either.
