I would like to get into his stuff but I don't know where to begin. Err, that's all, thanks.

All I've heard is his two albums with Robert Fripp, "No Pussyfooting" and "Evening Star". Both are very good ambient albums which I highly suggest. I have no idea how it compares to his solo stuff though...

Ambient 4: On Land, Apollo: Atmopsheres & Soundtracks and Ambient 2: Plateaux of Mirror are generally considered to be some of his best works.

His most mainstream is In the bush of ghosts, which is pretty good. I just got another green world, and it seems good as well.

I thought Ambient 1: Music For Airports was very very soothing. His work with Fripp are also to be noted (I just picked up Equatorial Stars)

The two with Fripp are superb, as is I Advance Masked. I'm gradually making my way through his works at the moment.

I liked Bush but also his work with U2 and Daniel Lanois cannot be overlooked.
