Finding high quality rock and roll may be even more difficult than finding metal I like. Taking into consideration, my fave R&R band, Brother Cane is long dead and gone makes it even tougher. I just revisited "Seeds" tonight and was blown away. Anyone else into this band ?

Bryant,

Oh yeah, definitely. Have all three of their albums and love the first two but Wishpool didn't do much for me.

Saw them at CPI's on Long Island with a lineup of Terrell opening, Ian Moore second and Brother Cane headlining.

Got to say that Moore COMPLETELY blew me away. So much so, that I think you should check some of his stuff out. Very much in the vein of Stevie Ray Vaughn or Johnny Lang, but is an incredible blues/rock guitarist. The 1st album is classic.

Thing I remember most about Brother Cane's set was that it was heavy on the first album and this was the Seeds tour so I thought them ignoring most of Seeds in the set was a bad omen. Overall, the show was kind of flat after following Moore's blistering set.

Great band either way though.

The Pup.
