Former Brother Cane lead vocalist/lead guitarist Damon Johnson has connected with Queensryche's drummer Scott Rockenfeld with a new band called Slave to the System. Don't expect Queensryche here, but more Brother Cane style rock and roll. I heard a radio friendly song called "Stigmata" on late night at work on the radio actually, but it's cool stuff.
While it is not not mailes away from the typical stuff you would hear on the radio, when it has Damon on vocals and guitar, it does have a "something" about it that seperates it from the rest though I can't put my finger on it. For those that do like some hard rock music, check them out. I haven't bought the CD yet, but I will soon and if there is enough feedback on this thread I will review it.
