in my opinion, this is the most lethal and dangerous form of martial arts thats available outside japan. this art pretty much breaks every single western "unwritten" fighting rule (yknow that whole macho hockey player style)..theres a saying that we use, "we don't aim to hurt, we destroy." it is a very brutal and painful form. but the technique uses such grace. little to none muscle force is used, we focus on the technique of taijitsu which is using your body weight to your advantage. its really quite interesting.
