I have it and I like it. The soundtrack is godly and the voice acting is brilliant. I haven't beat it yet because I got sidetracked by Borderlands but the main downside I can see with it is the extremely repetitious side quests.

The trailer makes it looks like the gayest shit ever, like so ROCK AND ROLL DUUUUDE, for the kind of dickheads who think AC/DC and G'n R are the best bands ever and think they know metal cause they have a passing interest in Maiden, Dio and Sabbath.

The trailer might but the track list was obviously made by a real metal head. The inclusion of Omen alone sold me on it.

I dunno man, that list wasn't all that, the only bands that surprised me were

Rotting Christ (this one must have been tough to pass)

Other than that, it looks like a tracklist for Guitar Hero

Because Coroner, Carcass, and Bishop of Hexen are obviously Guitar Hero fodder.

I think that's a pretty damn good tracklist for a video game.. of course they have to put the mainstream stuff in there... or not enough people would buy it.

I could see them as some sort of build up to a boss battle or a boss battle in a cathedral or something.
