building a new guitar,.need advice

i am ordering a custom guitar that will have a maple neck and maple fretboard.
deciding on
1)ash body
2)mahogany/ maple top
3)mahogany/koa top
4) koa body

which will be the thicker/meatier/in your face

played w/same pickup and same amp in a live situation

I've never played Koa, but I'm a huge fan of mahogany/maple combos. I think that will have a much thicker tone compared to an ash body. What pickups/amp are you using?
