well... been playing nearly 6 years now... and the only tip i can give is... DON"T JUST USE TABS!!! jam along to songs... so what if the notes aren't 100% right... you gotta get a feel for music, not make it so mechanical. A lot of people have that problem. My other tip is just play as much as you can... sounds dumb and obvious, but really that's important. and no... i'm not a drummer... it's fucked haha... my first band in junior high i was the DRUMMER!! i can't figure out how... because i SUCKED ASS and i can't play at all now... so i think... i have no idea... maybe it was a dream...
