Burning CD's on Mac

What do people recommend for burning CD's on a Mac (something a bit more professional than iTunes!). I've heard that Waveburner is very good, but it only seems to come bundled with Logic and I'm running Pro Tools.
Like everything, the freer the better, but I'm not against buying something.

if you're burning audio CDs, make sure to select the slowest(!) speed possible

A little bit off topic but any of you know if it's possible to change the music genre in DSP Quattro for Metal or a custom genre, it only allows a few options.
