I have a doubt. The 2 sleeves showed on your pic are for metal screws (I have the same sleeves to fix the speakers). If the other 2 screws are screwed into the wood, it means that you have 2 screws for metal and 2 screws for wood per caster..

Yes that is correct. There reason for doing this is obvious, the inside of the cab doesn't really allow all four screws to be fixed this way (due to the backing frame being in the way).

I replaced some T75's in my Madison with some V30's this past week and I noticed that the casters on my cabs were mounted the same way as Guitar God's, only I had 4 of those sleeves per caster. I didn't pay much attention to the holes from the old screws, so when I put on the new casters I just screwed them into the wood. Sorry for misleading you...my casters do have the sleeves.

FWIW, my speakers are front mounted and use those sleeves as well.
