im sorry to hear that. my dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer , the doctors say that it has hit the liver and kidneys ,once that happens it can spread quicker , even with the chemo he is still going strong, fight it , dont give up , the cancer will die off if you keep at it.

I can't add much of anything new, these guys have covered it all. I can only say that I also know someone who was given the "terminal" label in his mid-20's and is now almost 40 and still kicking around. It doesn't happen all the time... but it does happen.

Keep fighting the fight man, anything else I could say besides that would just feel hollow. I'm sending good vibes your way along with everyone else.

I would say Sloan-Kettering. I would think some university programs too, schools usually have more economic means to do research versus treating patients. Seriously, midgetdonkey, look into experimental treatments. It could potentially prolong your life and as well as provide better treatment for future cancer patients. We are all rooting for you!!
