How's The Wretched Spawn? That's another CC album I've heard little from.

Excellent from beginning to end, don't let anyone else tell you differently. And Yoda is correct in pointing out "Frantic Disembowelment", which is, in fact, my favorite CC track EVER. That video he posted is from their Wretched Spawn dvd...the whole thing kicks ass.

Oh, in case anyone was wondering, CC have a dvd in the works that's going to be fairly massive, lots of live footage from both singers, lots of fan stuff, interviews with band and fans, etc.

You're comparing a genre to an individual band so your point is pretty worthless.

They're worth a listen every once in a while but I don't feel a need to "let all of their albums grow on me" or whatever.
