Can't get the right amount of gain...

Obviously not a mixed track but the guitars seem undergained and i can't seem to get the clarity i want if i add anymore, should i perhaps try doubling up each side?

Ignore the tracks themselves, got unamped guitars floating round, just guitars and drums for now, all i got done today.

What are you using for the tone? What amp/modeler, what pickups, what cab? Do you have any good plugins at your disposal (I know oxford inflator can help bring out guitars)

Sounds like the bass in the guitars need to be tighter. Try filtering out some lowend before the amp.

to me it sounds like it doesn't have bass guitar at all. And that might be part of the problem.

Yeah, your right about that haha. A lot of awesome comes from the bass. So get a bass in there and highpass the guitars a lot more.

really? The guitars are already lacking bass as it is. They are nothing but harsh highs. Guitars need more beef AND there needs to be bass.
