CDC - What is the deal with Clique ID?

I'm not overly paranoid, but what does Clique ID need my full name, phone number, and everything else for? I was about to sign up for the CDC, but as soon as I read that Clique ID is free to track your web traffic, visited sites, etc. along with the personal data, I backed out.

Anybody know more about this service?

That clique ID was a pain in the ass when I signed up. I coudn't get it to work at first, so signed up a clique ID for the Donna's fan club just get it to work. :Spin:
