The Marshall version sounds a lot closer to what I know T75s to be. Prefer it greatly to the Bogner.

Oh yeah, that Marshall cab is the T75 tone, the Bogner cab seems awkwardly blanketed by comparison.

The bogner one is really darn smooth. But I'd say I prefer the Marshall because if I wanted a T75 tone, I'd be aiming for the tone you got with the marshall cab. But yeah, damn that bogner is nice!

When I listen through, the Bogner sounds really good. Then the Marshall kicks in and my whole body reacts like "oh yeah, that's the sound!" and when I go back to the Bogner it feels like it totally suck.

Feeling the Bogner much more, the overall tonality. I think if it where a little louder and had some post eq to boost the upper mids, that it would sound similar to the Marshall, but there is this nasally smooth tone in the Bogner that is eargasmic.

Aren't the speaker manufactured differently, with some custom tweaks, depending on which manufacturer ordered them?

Sort of, yes, but Bogner demands the same spec as Marshall does, so they're not part of the difference.
