I was just waiting to make sure everyone who wanted to, had their say about Led Zep. I will be doing the next band in the next couple of days. And the next band will be................ahhh wait and see!

Led Zep were IMHO probably the best rock band that ever was 
Now don't go confusing R&R with Heavy Metal
Led Zep paved the way for many a band and are legends as far as I'm concerned \m/
I don't know about you peeps over across the pond but here in the US a good number of their tunes are played out because you keep hearing the same tunes over and over again but those aside, Zep has some true classics that will stand the test of time much like an large number of Beatles tunes will

As someone who was about at the time (ahem:Smug: ) Zep were a decent folk/rock group who were pretty average live ,in fact couldn't hold a candle live to Purple,Sabbath, or Coast
Aghh Coast along with Sway were supposed to one of the time greats that never made it.I ahd a tape of there once it was pretty cool.But i hear they were great live.

I was actually looking for these old threads last night because I forgot what bands I did! Think I only did Led Zep and AC/DC.
I have just the band in mind, might be a bit surprising though!
