changing fuses in Peavey Transtube

I have a Peavey Transtube Supreme. She stopped working a while back, nothing....power light wont even come on.
I have reason to believe it is a simple fuse(s)....but I tried ripping her apart and the insides wouldnt come out easily....
anyone have suggestions?

There's not a readily accessible fuse somewhere on the outside of the amp?

nope, it's a bummer.

I tried taking it apart a while back, but the inside didnt want to come out from the "casing".
