you know what I think, I think he should use more natural tones. His samples are kinda lame. Especially his kick drum-uggg. just not a good sound.

I don't know crap about drums but he does use Tama and they've always sounded good to me.

He uses Tama Starclassic maples. For like the past three studio records and MOMD and Alive 2. Paiste Cymbals RUDEs and reflectors. very sexy kit 8 pc I think.

Cheat? I don't know but I will say his drum sound on P.O.T. is by far the best he's had. On bush era stuff it sounds a little muggled. I also like Sreading because it was all live drums back there in those days. Remember Charlie is old enough to have played before protools and samples

Tama drums are pretty good - their bass drums are very deep and set up for blast beats, they are sweet indeed....
