In Charlie's post on the Anthrax website, he mentioned "obstacles" in trying to put the new album out, but didn't specify. Are these the label problems that we already knew about, or is something else going on that might further delay the record?

He also mentioned that if the album had of come out sooner, they would have been on Ozzfest...is that just wishful thinking? I mean, would superbitch really have allowed that?

They would never have been on Ozzfest anyway, they say that every year in one form or another "we'd love to have been on this years Ozzfest." Or "we're trying to get on next years Ozzfest."

I agree with TD , "they want to be on the Ozzfest" you can go on tour without having an album ready, it's just wishfull thinking.

Bring out the goddamn record, I mailed Scott yesterday and there's still no date set.

I dont know if there is problems now but prior problems kept the band from having the album out now. Or thats sorta the way it could have been interperted. Or maybe I am just hoping...

There is probably some bullshit involved in getting away from Beyond and on with Sanctuary.....I don't remember an official press release from Sanctuary.
