I stole a Schecter 7 string Diamond series for $170 at guitar center a couple weeks ago. It was missing a knob. It's my first Schecter and it's fucking awesome.

That cheap Washburn 7 string, I've seen a few people using so it must not be a bad deal. I have an Ibanez AX-7 I'll sell for $150 (plus shipping), as I'd like to get into a different 7 string.

I know a guy selling a Jackson DR7 w/HSC. He's asking $150 for it. If you're interested I can get you more info.
The Ibanez RG7321 is suppose to be pretty decent from what I hear. YMMV
And, fwiw, my friend has one of those Washburn like $250 7-strings, it's actually quite decent. To be quite honest I think it should cost a little more than it does. Still sub-$500 range, but I definitely don't think they charge enough for it. Also, a pickup swap is a must with them. My friend replaced the stock bridge hummer with a 707. Made quite an improvement.

Yes the Washburn 7 pickups are really horrid, but the guitars are good enough. Definitely will need a 707 or 81-7 or blackout to go with it.

For the price a new RG7321 is pretty bad. At that price you'd be better off going for an Agile.

My good friend owns an H-207. I played an Ibby 7321 at Guitar Center today.
My opinion, same quality. My opinion of that quality... 4 out of 10.
