Wow...that is REALLY cool!

I like the choice of natural wood for the Blind Guardian one, and the SymX one came out pretty cool, too.

If you did an Opeth one, I would recommend something of a greyscale look...perhaps an obsidian-looking black, with just small slivers of silver visible.

Thanks for the nice words folks....I do wood working for fun....Im a psycho long haired tattoed mailman by day...but on the weekends I get some beer and operate with swirling saw blades!!!:hotjump: Ive been doing this so long I forget to notice how nice this stuff looks like now....To tell you the truth I do not do this for money....and trust me..theres a HUGE market for these logos....I do trades for people....Ive had offers to list my stuff on peoples boards or whatever.....but the thing is...I consider myself an artist..and I only make crap when I feel like it...so I dont want to get overwhelmed by orders and neglect the quality of my work...does this make sense? I dont have an ego but from all the responses I see on every board I post this is a big demand....I would NEVER give somebody any thing I made if I wouldnt hang it on my own walls...Its personal to me......so anyways....if anyone has an idea email me....I prefer trades....and trust me....Im a prog/power lover so I would never charge a boatload...I just want an even trade....we love the same bands.....KEEP PROG alive!

WoW....Ya know the person above who said they liked the Blind Guardian logo in its natural oak state gets my "Hell yes" I would never put a faux finish over any "oak" "walnut" Mahogany" rosewood" etc.....I prefer to make logos of natural hardwoods or exotics.....That was a real cool comment to me......maybe I'll put some more pics here when I get them online....I do other things besides band logos....but who knows
