yes, but I don't see how that article gives any and every christian a bad name, that's what I'm trying to say and hope you guys can keep and open mind to.

But it does give Christians a bad name. The "person" is saying shit and saying that all of christianity depends on it. To say the least.

Yeah, she's basically saying all Christians are to be alike, well... Maybe they aren't. But, judging by the mother of the child and the child himself who heard the friends music, I'm sure a lot out there are like that. My neighbours here in Australia were just like that. I wanted to join their church band (so I could shred and get practice playing in front on LOTS of people) but they didn't want me too cos I listen to heavy metal. They were all cursing me, haha. I kick their lead guitarist!

I don't think she is giving Christians a bad name. I think she is giving herself a bad name, that is, assuming she even exists. Reading the full length of the message it seemed a little like it was an exercise in sarcasm. Keep in mind of course it might very well be a real anti-metal fanatic, but who knows. At any rate, I do hope that her nephew sued her ass for theft. I'd be getting her to not only pay the lawyer bills but make sure she had to replace the entire collection and then some. Hopefully she'd do time and be able to see where some of the world's real problems are. Honestly I'm thinking of making a nice soft mellow song that starts off with very pleasant (read non-offensive to the highly devout) lyrics, and then gradually changing the lyrics to the most offensive subject matter I could find, just to prove a point. Who knows? maybe I'll get around to it one day. If nothing else it'd funny as hell. Heh.
