Yes it is a cover of a Celtic Frost song...originally appeared on a compilation put out by Dwell Records from L.A. called 'In Memory Of.....Celtic Frost' (if I recall correctly)...and it's on the reissue of MAYH...

Celtic frost were a good band but then they changed direction a few times and made a couple of really poor albums vanity/Nemisis being one of them.
