Ya know, Anthrax had a show there at Club Liquid with Slaves on Dope. I want a review. Is that too much to expect out of this bands message board?

Well it all came down to poor security. It was a small venue w/ no barrier seperating the crowd from the stage. Me and my brother were set up in front of scott. Long story short some little fuck with a complex pushed my brother. My bro pushed back, and security took him out. I followed and started explaining what happened. So they threw me out. I sat in the lobby until I got my money back, and told the owner what a discrace his place was. Told him to go fuck himself and left. I was so fucking angry I forgot about my other friends who didn't have a ride home.
I was at that show. This was my 3rd time seeing Anthrax on this tour. It was a really good show. Security has very little patience for anyone moshing or jumping around. They (security) did look a little nervous when they opened withWhat Doesn't Die. I was on Rob's side of the stage. It's kind of funny cause Joey Belladonna was playing the same night at some other club.

i might have missed a few...short set i think it was dues to club regulations or some crap...ok..now on to the b.s. with the club....i show up with knowledge that the show was 18+, get hassled at the door by the biggest asshole i've ever met. finally get in. so i'm right up front in front of scott taking some awesome pictures, dudes start going off for anthrax, the security has no idea whats going on. i see some shit go down in front of me during one of the first songs(i think it was the incident mentioned above)then i just feel my arm get ripped off...the same dick bouncer drags me out screaming at me for taking pictures, telling me im gonna get arrested and that he told me no cameras when i came in(which is total crap)so i argue with the guy for a few until another bouncer asks me for my film and lets me back in. that out of the way, a little later on in the set another little scuffle erupted and my dad got caught in the middle of it and once again that same friggin dude grabs my dad thinkin he started the fight and trys to drag him out of the place......i've never seen such poor management of a crowd or club in my life....
ps. the night before at that club there was a BRAWL in the parking lot which was said to have had as many as 170 people involved....maybe thats why they were on edge....anyways...Anthrax was sick as usual, the club just sucked.

that was quite a story for your 1st post danthraxxxx. the best show with a bunch of cool bouncers was at the Avalon? ST & Infectious Grooves (i think that was the name of it) & a bunch of punks were crowd surfing,grabbing peoples hats & touching womens boobs & some of the bouncers noticed it. then 1 of the little dicks kicked me in the head & i shotput him over the barricade & the bouncers werent ready & he hit the floor. i was like 10 feet from them so i guess they didnt expexct that. he weighed in at 90lbs. so it wasnt that hard to do. the guy gave me thumbs up & told me 2 send them his way if they were doing it again since he noticed it was 1 of the dickheads.
Geuss I wasn't the only one who had a shitty night! I hung posters, took 9 friends, and gave the bar at least 100$. I hope the place gets shut down. FUCK I'M PISSED. Also from what I remember Bush sounded perfect. I just wish I could have reasoned with the douche crew security/owners. Did I mention FUCK LIQUID?

i was at the show and i was front row center right in front of bush. kick ass show they sounded great, but all of you are right the security fucks were total assholes. i had this 6'5 blond security douche standing in front of me and everytime i tried to give five to bush he would smack my arm down. plus there was this other cock that was running the door with his sleeves rolled up(except he forgot his muscles) in fron of me also being a total asshat. there was some moshing and since i was up fron i was going right into security and they kep shoving me back and telling me that they would throw me out. fuck them. when i saw jackyl there it kicked ass, security ruined the show party for me, let us have a good time, no one was fighting with eachother, they were the one's who started it, plus we paid for our tix. all in all anthrax kicked ass and slaves on dope were better than thought they would be.

My advice. Next time spit in his eye, then punch him in the throat. Who cares how big he is. If he can't breathe he can't do shit.... Just make shure someones got your back when you pull a stunt like that, other wise the other steroid freaked, cock smoking, apes that work with him will make the night very painful.
