COB at Wacken!!!

I go to mosh pits to punch those asshole pit ninjas.

At Download Festival me and my mate went to the MpSpace tent (ugh) and threw bottles at them and the shit band, good times.

i've found that moshpits really aren't that dangerous, at least to me. i'm 16 but i'm fairly big and i mosh at almost every show. you just have to try really hard not to lose balance and fall or else you're fucked. another thing i've found if anyone wants to mosh but not get really hurt, during the later part of the show the pit dies down because everyone is so tired. the first song is always the deadliest.

I just got back from Wacken and let me say that COB put on a fantastic show!

They had 3 cars, a raised walkway in the back of the stage, fire and explosions!

They had a strong set list too! filled with songs I hadn't seen last year at Tillburg...

awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the whole crowd was totally into it and was having a good time...same with the band...crystal clear and very tight playing

i had a big big smile on my face when i left the stage, i stood about 20 from stage in the center and had perfect view on the show... okay, except one of those stagedivers came above me (at 30 i stopped countin... it were alot of em^^)

I'm not surprised. Mosh pits are fucking dangerous, especially for 15-y/o girls. Hell, I'm relatively good at defending myself in those things, but fuck, there are times when there's nothing I'd like better than to get the hell out of there.

What means damn crowd pushing all the time? That's how it's supposed to be at a good concert.
I'm a girl too and I had a lot of fun beeing waved around between row 3 and row 15. It was one of the best crowds I've ever been in. I fell 3 times and the guys imediately pulled me up. That's how it works.

with that crowd I mean, that they are all pushing to the front, so if you're in the front, they push you against the fence so you almost get crushed.
but I had a very good time, so I won't complain

I was there too, this show was just freaking awesome.....i met the guys in the FanCamp.....so yeah....

But i've heard a 15 year old girl died because of the Mosh Pits at COB's Concert......i mean, i'm not weak or something....but even i had to watch out.....this was sick.....

A girl died in the Limp Bizkit mosh pit too, if I remember. So then..

Moshpits can be fun, depending on the band and the crowd. The best mosh i've ever been in was Sanctrum's (swedish black metal) show, everyone was so happy and it was alot of fun. But there have been times when some asshole just feels like elbowing your spine, but i guess you have to see that comming

I don't know. In the middle of the show I saw a guy carrying a girl and heading for the exit. That girl didn't look well, but she got probably "only" knocked out, I guess.

I saw him too, i think I'm thinking of the same guy, but the girl was still "alive" lol. he told me to be carefull lol...

i made a bunch of headbanging buddies in the mosh...just grab some random on the shoulders start flinging your hair, and you have a friend lol...

To be fair that was one of the most insane pits I've ever seen in my life, let alone at Wacken. But still I didn't see anyone get badly hurt, and crowdsurfing to Hate Me was a great highlight for me

I wonder if they beat the 5000 crowdsurfer record.
