Maybe it's better if a new guy joins COB. I really hope the new guy will be a cool one and he should know which band he joins. There's nothing worse than, if it would be too much for him and he would leave COB after 3 months. And of course the new guy should not think that he becomes a rockstar just because he joins COB. Let's see...
