Thanks. Does it wrap around the palm-side of the finger or does it just cut off at the front?

Oh and his fingers say H-A-T-E on his right hand and C-O-B-H-C on the left, correct?

It goes through a "cut" (which you can sort of see on that pic) on each side of the finger, rather than going onto the underside. And that's correct.
