Who's heard this monolithic 70 minute crusher. Leave the women and children at home, if you take this ride. Who's heard this? What do you think?:zombie:

What do you mean "Shit Thread."? If you haven't heard this band, why say anything. If you have, I would appreciate comments either negative or positive. What the fuck is wrong with you people?

I thought this thread would be about some newly discovered Cobalt compound which eats the flesh of birds. Disappointed 1 and 1/2 stars.
Mr. Hibernal, you do surprise me!! This is not a fuckin' science question Genius. Are you disappointed in the Cobalt compound or the music of Cobalt? And you being one with such tremendous verbal prowess, how about some substantiation as to why you rate this 1 and 1/2 stars. Thank you.:Smug:

couldnt be fucked waiting so i searched it.

Searing and unforgettable epic blackened war metal from these Colorado-based avant-chaoticians with an unparalleled artist pedigree. Features a guest appearance from Jarboe (Swans) on two tracks. Produced by Dave Otero (Cephalic Carnage). For fans of Neurosis, Swans, Deathspell Omega, and Nachtmystium.

If you read my initial post, why then was it so difficult to understand. I was curious as to who may have heard the disc "Eater of Birds' by the band Cobalt. Many in the "Metal" community have this rated as the "best" of 2007. I don't think I would go that far though. Most on the Opeth Forum have decent taste in music, and I just thought it would make for an interesting discussion. Nothing complicated!!

I don't know, I am a big chemistry fan i'd be kind of thrilled if there was such a compound. I'm not a big fan of birds, so you ruined my day, hence 1,1/2 stars. But really, cobalt is one of my favorite metals in the periodic table. Haven't heard the band but if they're called cobalt that must mean they are good, right?

Wanky description.. But i'm definitely intrigued! Neurosis are undeniably one of the best bands ever. And Deathspell fucking annihilate!
