Combo to Bass Cab

Ok I found this wickedly cheif bass cab on craigslist. I want to get it and connect it to my AVT20 hahaha whatever. It has a loudspeaker jack on the front. Do I need to disconnect the speaker in the back or can I just patch the cab through this jack?
