oh, come on. Do you really think I would like to waste valuable studio time recording that song? sorry, but no way. It would be the most cheesy thing to put down apart from brick in the wall part 2. there are a few live bootlegs going around of comfortably numb so check them out but i think that songs been done enough now.
why not try to make something totally new/dark/original just as groundbreaking as roger waters stuff in your own way. no covers or beaten path music. If we do some covers we would record them ourselves in our own studio and use our proper recording time for obvious purposes.
