This is just a little chart I did, since I haven't been able to find anything on the net like this. Maybe you can use it somehow too. Basically it just lists the GM drumkit for parts which apply, and then the comparable MIDI layout for Addictive Drums and Superior Drummer 2.0. Now, both have vastly larger amount of drums compared to General MIDI, and both are different to each other, so these are just close approximations. Personally I use this for converting MIDI composed for AD to SD2.0, or vice versa, and for converting either to General MIDI for Guitar Pro tabs. Enjoy:
