So what are all you freaks gonna wear to the anthrax shows? i want to do something like get a shirt and draw the not man on it and put not all over it like a million times and write NOT in permanent marker across my forehead. i want to do some crazy ass bull shit for one of my favorite bands, CAUGHT IN A MOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it's an unwritten rule that you never wear the T-shirt of the band that is playing but it doesn't make sense to me. It's like wearing a Pacers jersey to a Lakers-Kings game. Bad analogy maybe but I still think it's a bit odd.

What? A thread about threads? Say it ain't so! I believe there's also a recipe swapping section on the Slayer board and a macramé message board on the Nuclear Assault site. mumble mumble mumble bloody hell bloody mumble mumble mumble...

Nah i just dont like this unwritten rule about not turning up to a bands gig and not even wearing their t-shirt if youve got one. Ill be wearing my atl cover/weve come for you all t i got at the armadillo. and ill be buying a new t anyway at the gig TONIGHT.

I agree with coop. It's team spirit.

I don't see what's wrong with wearing an Anthrax shirt to an Anthrax concert.

But last time I saw Anthrax, I was wearing my S.O.D. hooded sweatshirt.

"I don't think concert attire is necessary."

Sooo, are you suggesting that we all go nekkid?? ;) Now, that would be interesting...a bunch of nekkid moshers. I bet you boys would be hurtin' down south!!

I don't wear anything different to a show...just what I normally wear: harley boots, jeans, and a t-shirt. Sometimes I just happen to put on a shirt of the band...it's probably not intentional.

I always wear a new pair of steeltoe boots to any moshfest such as an Anthrax concert. My job pays for them so I'm not out any money and my toes are definetly in better shape the next day. I also usually wear some kind of shirt that I can fit a new tourshirt over. So I'm all for wearing a bands' own shirt to their concert.
