yeah thats what everyone says, the shading is actually better than it looks but my scanner made the pics come up wierd, and i can only do a great ammout of detail in pencil sketches....once i ink it and add color the details kinda fade

dude, dont use fucking colored pencils...

buy (or steal) photoshop and color in there, it will look way better and professional. Of course it will take some time to get used to though...
