The thing with Dirk is that he's a great voice to replace my sorry ass. We were looking for a singer last year, but no luck. I always thought of him as a great possibility, albeit remote!

I've just been listening to the Prototype mp3s I have but it's hard for me to imagine the songs with another voice.......what's wrong with your vocals then? Is it no fun to do them anymore?

Well, we could really use a better frontal presence live and a more consistent singer live as well.

Singing and playing guitar at the same time can take its toll on how flexible the vocals are.
