So I've upped my budget a bit, and want to go for a Carvin DCM150 power amp to get my Podxt through my Bogner 2x12. However, because the power rating of the DCM is 150 watts in bridged mono mode, and the cab is rated at 120 watts power handling, I'm apprehensive about shredding the V30s. Would I be safe as long as I didn't turn the amp too loud, or would it just be tempting fate?
