Coolest T-shirt sightings at PP

I was the one in the "Ironing Maiden" Shirt on Friday. My Brother-in-Law gave it to me. He got it in NY from a company called Grind the Gears. If you want one here is the link:

They have other cool "Play on words" shirts for Rage Against the Machine, Slayer, GNR and others.

:( Dang, this company is no longer selling this shirt. Oh well, that is an awesome shirt! I'll definitely check out the other ones though.

I wore a Hawaiian shirt all weekend in honor of Glenn and Ken -- it was actually black so I called it the "Hawaiian metal shirt" ...... I also had a green glowing thing around my neck so everyone could find me if need be ......

Next year -- we're all wearing Hawaiian shirts in honor of Glenn ..... hehehehehe....

By far the coolest shirt I saw was one that had Star Wars on it. It was the characters playing in a band. Luke was on guitar, Han on vocals, Chewy on drums, R2 and C3PO on keys and Darth Vader coming from out of the ceiling on bass throwing twin devil horns and looking like Gene Simmons. I think it was Gonzo that had that shirt on. It was awesome !!

I didn't know it was available as a shirt, but it's a pretty famous poster:

I find that glowing or flashing lights are quite the thing when in large vanues... that way your friends can spot pretty quickly ;)

I received a nice gift this year:

"Vulgar Display of Honesty"

Glenn, I was pretty sure I remembered you being a Pantera fan - so sorry if you aren't, but that shirt just fits your personality :) They did make up another one with "Fucking Docile" on it but that just doesn't seem to fit you as well lol.

Can't believe I spaced the dvd that was supposed to be in there with the shirts, but I will get it out to ya I promise, by that point in time you will have readjusted to the Non-Festival world and may be ready for some loud/guitar based rock music again.

Cheers
jeff

Indeed... mad props to LarryD for sportin' the Hawaiian attire. Always appropriate at any gig anywhere for any occasion, imho. I'm not surprised my maroon Dr. Pepper shirt didn't get the love it so richly deserved, but I'm just glad there weren't too many kilts in vogue for this PP go-round. And the lack of White Stripes and Hello Kitty (boB) shirts is also likewise appreciated!
