Copywrites!!! Kazza may be shut down

KaZaA Lite doesn't have any spyware. It connects to a FastTrack P2P server, which means that if KaZaA is gone, so will other FT clients like iMesh and GrokSter. But I really think it's stupid, these people are trying to fight a war they can't really win, I mean there are still hundreds of methods to download music or movies or games, like IRC, news servers, FTP Servers and many other P2P servers and clients.

according to recent court decisions, grokster and morpheus have been found innocent of any crime, therefore they're staying. not so kazaa, which uses a branded version of kazaa media desktop instead of the open technology. which i think points the way for future p2p software: open source. in fact, the wisest file-sharing programs - those that are never mentioned in lawsuits - already do that.
