We are lucky enough to get there early in the morning so we can set up tent and start drinking, that way we can be drunk enough to enjoy Scorpions the first night.
Tom and I are trying to be part of the viking show during the AA appearance. We don't look too viking but we can sing along and do polka dance moves.

Hopefully I'll pop my Wacken cherry in 2008, provided the lineup is stellar (shouldn't be hard.. it IS Wacken afterall..).
Next year will be Prog Power, and maybe BW+BK 6 Pack- US metal festivals before heading overseas for the good ones.

In Berlin: new German History Museum, haven't been there, bt I think it's going to be more german history and less holocaust. When it comes to bars etc. there are a bunch of metal/alternatie etc. ones, my fav being White Thrash Fast Food (serves the best burgers in town), then try the Rock & Wikinger Bar, and maybe the other places like K17, Knaack, Last Cathedral. Areasto go to: Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Mitte.
Im going to Wacken this year to see Amon....

In Stockholm (it's been a few years since I lived there though) I'd say the best place to go is Pub Anchor. They have some sort of theme nights sometimes though, which might suck.
Usually no admittance, fairly cheap beers (buy the 4 for a 100 if they still got it) and usually good music on.
You want the really cheap beer and fairly good music, go to Kelly's, I used to live there (more or less).

In Prague I must recommend "Hells Bells", though I think it's a bit hard to find for the first time visitor.

Since I'm a huge beer nerd and been to Prague twice on only-beer-trips I can recommend several pub breweries and great beer hang outs if you want.
Needless to say, here the beer is not that expensive if you go to the right places.
In Prague try and visit the "mideval armour and weapon shop" close to the astronomical clock, nice stuff. I bought a big ass axe to take home with me last time.
Also close to the clock there's a "sex machine museum", I never went though...

we are getting there hopefully sometime just before noon on Thursday, I myself am flying into Hamburg from Warsaw, then onto the main train station to meet the wafles
