Yes they did.
On the Unholy there is "Wooly Bully" (dont know who originally performed this) and on the Soul Temptation there is "Amarillo" which is originally performed by tony Christie as "Is this the Way to Amarillo"
On the Liquid Monster single "All those Words" there was a cover/tribute to Judas Priests "Before the dawn" actually done very good i think
I read something about another tribute they played but i dont know exactly.

there's also "Don't Wait For Me" from Vicious Rumors, a hidden track on the digi of Metus Mortis and later on they put it as a bonus track on the Japanese Soul Temptation.
Oh, and they did Savage for a Helloween tribute (The Keepers Of Jericho, 2000)
