Cpu overload with cubase5 on WIN7

Hi

So i got my self a new computer couple months ago, and it worked very well with win xp and cubase sx3.
Recently i purchased win 7 and cubase5 and loaded the same project ive worked on in sx3 with no problems. But now there is major pops, clicks and cubase`s overloead light is flashing all the time...

Ive installed the 32bit version of cubase(get it to work with my UAD cards)

My computer specs is 3,2ghz with 4 gig ram. 2 drives, and focusrite liquid saffire 56.
all firewalls and virus programs is disable...

anyone experienced the same?

well, the driver is the issue, but there is still WAY to much latancy...
also have problems with open my old projects...
