Cubase SX3/no Input signal..

Hey dudes.
I record with Cubase SX3, and i got EZ Drummer the other day. I was recording guitars yesterday, and left the song for the night. I opened the same song today, but there is no input signal going into cubase from the guitar port. I dont know why, seeing as i didnt change any of the settings. Does anyone know what has happened, and how i can fix it?

Devices---->setup device----->VST multitrack (or something like that)---->select your soundcard.

Also check the VST inputs option under devices and make shure everything is configured correctly.

And yes these stupid settings get fucked, especially if you turn your interface on/off etc.
