If your computer can handle it, you could open a new Reaper Project and open the project in Cubase, then drag the audio from one window to the other. Reaper is really easy with importing items using drag-and-drop.

It could handle it but I don't have cubase anymore and when I wiped my drive I just saved the files, audio and images. I didn't bother to name any of the audio tracks either so I don't know which ones go to which files.
