HELP : Cubase Invalid File Project

^ You just summarized my experiences with Cubase in a nutshell. Amazing. I thought it was down to an inferior CPU.

I have a crappy AthlonXP 2400+ with a single 512mb chip. Ouch, right?

Hopefully that's going to get upgraded to a 3200+ with a gig of dual channel DDR next week.

I'm always like two years behind the curve when it comes to this shit. It's waaaaay too expensive to keep buying the latest thing. Or even the semi-latest thing.

Our mixes have that vintage chipset warmth that you just can't get with those cold and lifeless Athlon64's that are ruining music nowadays.
