Cubase users!

Hello!
I think I have very odd problem with Cubase 7.5.1
For couple of weeks now ( read 4 ) it gives me this message when I try to open Cubase:

"No Valid License found. The program will quit now.

So, when I open eLicenser Control Center it gives me this message:

and Broken USB-eLicenser!

When I hit maintenance button it gives me this one:

Everything is ok when I unplug dongle and plug it in!
But when I close Cubase and try to open it again, same problem...
I'm on PC Windows 7 and I already tried reinstalling and installing the latest updates for everything.
It's really frustrating!!!
Does anyone of you guys know what could be the problem?

Any idea, before I send an email to support?
