I have seen lots of them but I need to some more that are out there. Here are the ones I've seen.

Evil Dead Trilogy
Night of the Living Dead
Dawn of the Dead
Heathers
Toxic Avenger Series
Re-Animator
Office Space
Friday
Clerks
Mallrats
Fast Times at Ridgemont High
Repo Man (sucked)
They Live
Return of the Living Dead
Bad Taste
Dead Alive (I'm not sure if this is a CC or not)
ND (mere words cannot describe how BAD this was)
Duel
Escape From New York

Please name any you can think of

Doom Generation
Clerks

Evil Dead and Stacy are my favorite "cult films" I guess.

Duel is one of my good friends' favorite movies. I was flipping through channels the other day while I was watching tv with my Father; Duel was on. I said something like "hey! that's that movie with that truck!" He said "Duel?" I'm rarely that impressed.

They Live is an absolute classic for my generation. It was just well timed. We were just getting over how cool we thought wrestling was and we still remembered V. We were starting to realise that the the world is full of wolves in sheeps' clothing. We were starting to understand that what we saw was not as real as it seemed. Those sunglasses said it all.

Ichi the Killer
Uzumaki
Battle Royale
Dark Water
Kairo
Tomei

I realize some of these may not be true "cult" films, so I guess I gave you a list of some of my favorite non-mainstream movies.
In my humble opinion, modern Japanese horror cinema is brilliant.

Kairo is one my favorite recent movies. Several of Kurosawa's other recent films were also excellent, Kyua(Cure) and Karisuma(Charisma; not sure I spelled the Jap title correctly). During the 80s he was just another of many Japanese directors releasing softcore and Yakuza films, but he's become a true auteur.

Other picks:
Onibaba
Harakiri
Naked(Mike Leigh's, if there are others)
The Goalie's Anxiety at the Penalty Kick
The Seventh Continent(Haneke's, if there are others)
Monsieur Hire
Samurai Rebellion
The Eyes Without a Face
The Sun's Burial
Satantango
Aguirre, Wrath of God
Himatsuri
El Topo
Holy Mountain
Kuroneko

Kyua(Cure)
I forgot that one...it was cool!!!

I don't know most of these with the exception of El Topo and Holy Mountain which are bizarre and surreal in the extreme...in a good way! Have you ever seen Fando and Lis? I still can't decide if I actually liked it, but I cannot forget it.

Apocolypse Now!, maybe?
Dr. Stranglelove. or "How I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb" - A definite must see.
Tron
Total Recall
Planet of the Apes
Nightmare on Elm Street
The Lawnmower Man
Johnny Mnemonic
Boondock Saints
Reservoir Dogs
Starship Troopers (It was so bad, it was good. Hooray for mindless slaughtering!)
Alien, Aliens, Alien 3
Dogma
Full Metal Jacket
The Shining
Happiness
Bamboozled
Natural Born Killers

I think that's enough for now....

The Warriors

Oldboy (It will be wait and see!!)
Halloween
Jaws
From Dusk Till Dawn
Trick Or Treat
The Adventures Of Ford Fairlane
Battle Royale

All great movies
You forgot The Bad Lieutenant though.
Add Shakes the Clown to my list. A movie about an alcoholic clown that has Bobcat, Adam Sandler and Robin Williams and it is funnier than shit. It is hard to find but if you do run across it, rent it!!!!! I cannot stress enough how funny this movie is
