What are some (non power metal) metal bands that have a blatant cultural sound.

Something with an obvious Egyptian, Asian, African, Native American, what have you, sound.

Nothing Viking or Scandinavian though. That's nothing special.

EDIT: I'll make an exception for power metal if it's really unique and awesome. ;)
